About Us

Be supported. Be understood. Be yourself.

At Based., we provide compassionate, person-centred allied health services for people living with disability. Our experienced team works across the NDIS, aged care, mental health, and rehabilitation sectors, offering personalised support that respects your goals, values, and lived experience.

We believe being “based” means being grounded in who you are — confident in your identity, empowered to make your own choices, and supported by people who genuinely care. That belief guides everything we do.

Our team is united by shared values: kindness, honesty, and deep respect for the people we support. We build real relationships, walk alongside you at your pace, and tailor care that supports both your independence and wellbeing — not just in the short term, but for the life you’re building.

We’re here to support your journey — with care, experience, and a genuine commitment to what matters most to you.

Let’s take the next step, together.
