NDIS THERAPY SERVICES
Based Health provides compassionate, person-centred allied health support for NDIS participants. Our experienced team offers Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Nursing services to promote independence and wellbeing, with care grounded in empathy and respect.
AGED CARE & HOME CARE
Based. delivers experienced Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services in aged care and home care settings, supporting older adults to maintain independence, mobility, and wellbeing through practical, person-centred care.
TELEHEALTH
Our experienced clinicians complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), as well as combined packages including STA, SIL, SDA, and ILO reports. Each report is evidence-based, person-centred, and aligned with NDIS guidelines — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and practical recommendations without the need for in-person visits.
